fellow introvert

I get results for people like YOU.

You’re here because you are looking for business support you can trust. Someone who gets you.

I get you. And I've got you.

together, we impact

I'm here to help you THRIVE.

For the past 15 years, I have helped quiet ambitious businesswomen just like you grow their businesses in a way that doesn’t drain their soul or their energy.

Based on everything I’ve learned from the hundreds of women I’ve taught and trained, mentored and coached, I know in my heart that one thing is true:

When we come together with courage, compassion and contribution, those gifts are multiplied and together we’re greater than the sum of our individual efforts.

That’s why I’ve founded the Quiet Collective, a sanctuary for introverted women with a deep desire to make a change in the world.

but before that...

I burned a 6-figure business to the ground.

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Africa. After university, I spent more than ten years climbing the corporate ladder in the UK (and meeting my husband & starting a family).

I always had a dream of starting my own business and when we immigrated to Australia, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship.

Using my two decades of marketing experience, I launched a digital marketing consulting business which rapidly grew into a team of 5, hitting the 6-figure mark after just 18 months.

But I was completely burnt out, working crazy hours, neglecting my family and pushing myself to the point of breaking.

And then the breakdown moment came. This was not what my lifelong dream of being a business owner looked like.

To this day, I credit myself for having the courage to take the time to really understand who I was and what I wanted – and to take the brave and bold decision to release what was no longer serving me.

I burned my business to the ground.

Embracing our quiet leadership

Today, it's my mission and my passion to help introverted women like you step into their quiet power...

…so they leave their own legacies in the world. I believe women – especially quiet ones – are going to heal and lead the world. When the fire burned out, I was left with a guiding conviction: No woman should fall short of her potential for success because her voice is a quiet one.

collaboration over competition

The Quiet Conquer Code

Marketing doesn’t have to be loud, stressful, and self-serving. It doesn’t require us wearing an extrovert mask.

“Showing up” can be quiet, nurturing, and compassionate.

I’m on a mission to introduce a paradigm shift in the way our entire culture thinks about marketing.

The Quiet Conquer Code is my signature framework that exclusively supports introverted women with a burning desire to make a difference in the world.

What deep impact are you craving to have?
